Part of a poster series for Transwa, created with Moonsail to showcase some of Western Australia's regional destinations.
Each poster centred around travellers making their way towards a new destination, surrounded by elements unique to the area. For the Golden Outback piece, I drew inspiration from the region's vast landscapes, warm colours, and sense of scale, building a scene that feels full of movement and possibility.
I always enjoy projects that let me pack lots of small details into a single image, and this series was a good excuse to do exactly that.
The illustrations were created for both print and digital use. Seeing them appear across Perth's train network was pretty special, and Moonsail brought the social media versions to life with animation, adding an extra layer of movement for smaller screens.
