Eclipse Mural
This was the first mural I painted on a residential property in Inglewood, WA. It started life as a silly little eclipse comic I made for fun and shared on Instagram a few years ago. Then, out of the blue, the owner of this house got in touch and asked if I'd paint it on their street-facing wall.
It's always a bit strange putting personal work online. Most of the time it feels like you're throwing things into the void and hoping someone sees them. So having someone remember a little comic years later, connect with it, and want to have it painted on their house was pretty special.
It was also my first mural in Western Australia, which made the whole thing even more exciting. And painting outside is great. I'd very happily do more of it.
Got a blank wall that needs filling? I'm all ears. 🌚🌒🌓🌔🌝
